About ULOC Tampa

ULOC Tampa is a substance abuse referral center located in Tampa, Florida. They provide referral services as well as transitional housing to women who are transitioning from incarceration and homelessness due to substance abuse. They work with licensed and experienced professionals who have the ability to diagnose and treat addictions.

This project was a redesign of ULOC Tampa’s existing website. Being a non-profit organization, all i’s had to be dotted and t’s crossed. So, we wanted to create a professional, polished look and feel with focus on programs and services. User friendliness and detailed program information were the main objectives with the UI and UX. As with all Tampa-based referral centers, local appeal were key components in attracting the target audience. To add a bit more interactivity, we created custom hover button actions for their programs section. For the design colors, we chose soft shades of jade, yellow and orange.
