Jane’s Cafe is the daily stop for everyone in Mission Valley. They pride themselves on freshly cooked food daily and their beloved customers are treated like family. Along with eye opening breakfasts and hearty lunches, Jane’s Cafe’s lively ambience is unmatched. Given these points, owner Masoud Sadeghi chose Envisager Studio to build an American food restaurant website design for his thriving cafe to showcase his delicious menu items and for online ordering.

About the project
JANE’S CAFE: CASUAL DINING
A true success story. Jane’s Cafe is owned by Masoud Sadeghi; a native of London, England. He fondly remembers his grandparents serving the patrons of their pub in England. Quality ingredients and good sized portions is what kept them coming back for more. His hope was to have that same feeling here at Jane’s Cafe and that’s exactly what he has achieved. Ultimately, he wanted his American food restaurant design to have that same vibe. We achieved this through the use of mouthwatering photography and brand messaging.
Logo + branding
Jane’s Cafe logo is a custom text logo with accents to create an overall design that exudes the feeling of a cafe. The Envisager Studio graphic design team created the custom font for Jane and used the popular Poppins font for Cafe and the slogan. Given that the owner is proud to be an American now, he wanted the logo colors to convey that sentiment. So, rather than using standard red and blue, our design team chose a rich burgundy and navy blue color. The result is a classic logo design that is befitting a busy restaurant such as Jane’s Cafe.

To begin this American food restaurant website, we started with the logo design. One of the main goals for the website was to carry over the feeling of the physical cafe. So, the website needed to illustrate the warmth and family feeling of the Jane’s Cafe brand. Consistent typography and design elements were meticulously tied together on every page to fortify the brand.
Each page has a uniquely attractive layout with a crisp, clean look. All food menu pages are detailed with descriptions, prices, vivid imagery and optimized for search.
