Hazel L. Burgess | Founder & SEO Director
Hazel has been working in web technology and digital design for over 20 years. She is the Founder and Principal of Envisager Studio. Hazel plays a variety of roles from SEO director to client rep, project manager to chief cook and bottle washer. With a diverse background in business and technology, Hazel is both inspiring and a born leader. As an SEO strategist at Envisager Studio, she helps clients’ websites rank higher for targeted keyword phrases. Upon receiving the client’s keyword phrases wish list, she provides a report on the competition for the keyword and how many times a keyword was searched. She then leads the copywriting team in keyword integration. Keyword integration ensures that the keyword phrase is used proportionately in the website copy.
Based on Hazel’s recommendation, the Envisager Studio inbound marketing team executes a content marketing strategy to build quality backlinks to a client’s website. Utilizing a combination of on-page and off-page SEO, a client’s website is poised for lead generation and serves as a new client portal.
Hazel received her BS in Business Economics from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University.
